On the east tour you can immerse yourself in typical Capo Verdian life. First we visit the village of Bofareira. The tradition, culture and hospitality offer an authentic insight into island life, with a stop at the Bofareira goat farm, where you can also sample the locally produced goat's cheese.
We then drive to Shark Bay, where lemon sharks can be observed depending on the season. We continue through the unique natural landscapes past the only vegetable plantations on the island to the village of Fundo das Figueras. In this beautiful village with its colorful flowers and small houses, we stop for a typical local lunch.
We continue to the Morro Negro lighthouse, a 10-minute walk up to the lighthouse, where you will be rewarded with a unique view over the east coast. Finally we go to the shell beach, you will be surprised how many shells you will find. We return to the hotel via itinerary 66.
An authentic Cape Verdean almoço (lunch) at Fundo das Figueiras is included.
