You will get a full refund of your pre-payment, or offered an alternative date in the event of a cancellation for the above reasons.

Pickup is between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM, with the tour officially starting at 7:30 AM once pickups are complete for the group (you will be contacted the day before with the exact pickup time). This service is only available at hotels and hostels (not at airBNB or private apartments). The pickup areas include: Las Condes, Vitacura, Providencia, and Santiago Centro. If you are staying at a private residence or outside of these areas please contact the local supplier directly via Whatsapp or email, and you will be given a pickup point which is closest to you.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
