Escape the capital's pace and immerse yourself in the colorful labyrinth of Valparaíso, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This full-day tour combines the bohemian history of the port with the coastal beauty of Concón. We will explore steep alleys, admire vibrant street art, and feel the sea breeze, offering you a complete Chilean experience in one single day.

Logistics and Transportation (From Santiago)

Pickup Time: The tour begins at 09:00 AM.

Meeting Point: We will pick you up directly at your accommodation in Santiago (or an agreed-upon central point).

Comfort: We will travel in comfortable and safe private transportation, ensuring a relaxed journey of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to the coast.

Valparaíso: A Canvas on the Hill
Our exploration of Valparaíso begins the traditional way, with impactful views.
Reina Victoria Elevator (Funicular): We will start the adventure by taking one of the city's historic funiculars, the Ascensor Reina Victoria, which will lift us to the heart of art and bohemia.
Cerro Alegre (Joyful Hill): We will wander through the winding and colorful streets of this famous hill, where every corner is a postcard. We'll admire the unique architecture, the famous art galleries, and the overflowing creativity captured in every piece of street art mural.
Cerro Concepción (Conception Hill): We will continue to the neighboring Cerro Concepción. We will pause to enjoy an included coffee with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and the harbor. Here, we will learn about the history of the immigrants and sailors who shaped the multiculturalism and artistic soul of the city.
Historic Finale: We will explore the last corners of these historical streets that embrace multiculturalism and urban art. We will conclude our walk by descending on the Ascensor El Peral funicular, which will take us down to the flat part of the city.
Plaza Sotomayor: We will conclude the visit to Valparaíso at the emblematic Plaza Sotomayor, right in front of the imposing Valparaíso Port, where you can observe the maritime movement before returning to our vehicle.

Coastal Relaxation: Viña del Mar and Concón
We will pass through the elegant Viña del Mar (the "Garden City") and the tourist hub of Reñaca, enjoying panoramic views of the coastline.
Concón (Taste of the Sea): Finally, we will arrive at the coast of Concón. Here you will have time to relax with the sea air and the sand—the perfect way to end the afternoon.
Chilean Tradition: We will savor the famous seafood empanadas, very traditional for coastal Chileans, a delicious taste of the ocean that perfectly caps off the day.
Return to Santiago
After enjoying the coastal sunset, we will begin the return trip to Santiago, arriving back at your accommodation (or starting point) in the late afternoon/evening, filled with colors, memories, and the taste of the sea.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
