Customers cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time and receive a full refund.
Any 30+ min pre-activity time change or removal/replacement of a core stop gives a full refund.
If the tour is canceled for any reason, customers will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
A truly minor changes: no core stop removal/replacement and pre-activity time changes under 30 minutes, such as a slight route adjustment, a different stop with a similar experience, or a timing change within the same day, the tour will continue and no refund will be provided.
If customers do not accept a proposed major itinerary change, they are entitled to a full refund.
The meeting point is Clear Water Bay Second Beach, located at Tai Au Mun Road, Clear Water Bay, Sai Kung. This is a well-known public beach with clear turquoise waters, fine sands, shark nets, showers, changing rooms, and refreshment kiosaks, making it easy to spot. The beach is easily recognizable by its main beach entrance, signage, and facilities like the refreshment kiosk and lifeguard tower.
Customers can reach the beach by taking MTR to Tseung Kwan O Station and then minibus 103M straight to the beach, or by taking bus 91 from Diamond Hill Station which terminates at Second Beach. Driving is also convenient, with a carpark available nearby.
The guide will be waiting on the beach near the entrance, right after walking downstairs, wearing a visible tour uniform or branded shirt or holding a sign with the tour name or company logo, making them easy to identify. If you cannot find the guide, look for the beach’s main entrance facilities or contact us via WhatsApp.
