The transfer vehicle will drop you off at the park main gate and cannot enter the sightseeing area. The driver will wait and take you back to your hotel after your visit.
You may enter the park directly by scanning your ID card; no paper ticket exchange is required.
Travel tip: Enter through the North Gate first and take the mini-train to avoid backtracking.
Feeding giraffes and animal photo sessions are separate paid activities inside the park.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park. Selfie sticks, drones, glass containers, high-pressure sprays and other restricted items are prohibited.
Do not feed animals with outside food. If you want to feed animals, purchase special feed at designated locations within the park.
