Please assure that you arrive at the departure location 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. We hold no liability for your late arrival.
For your safety and enjoyment, we kindly request that no outside food or drinks be brought on board.
Items you might need include sun crème, sunglasses, bathing suit, phone/camera, hat, towel, and some cash. Snorkeling masks and noodle floats are provided on board, however, feel free to bring your own. Please remember that anything you decide to bring on board is at your own responsibility.
We do not allow anyone on board who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or any other substance altering their consciousness. We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any individual not complying with our health and safety procedures or engaging in any unsociable behavior.
Meeting and departure point is: Protaras Pier
Once you arrive, please visit the last booth on the right, your guide or one of our agents will be there to assist you on board.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
