SpaLand is a large hot spring and jjimjilbang complex on the 1st floor of Shinsegae Department Store in Centum City, Busan. The facility draws two types of natural hot spring water, sodium chloride and calcium chloride, from 1,000 meters underground and channels it into 18 baths kept at different temperatures. You can move between high-temperature pools that warm the body quickly and cooler, low-to-medium-temperature pools meant for longer soaking, including a Bade Pool with four distinct water massage styles: standing body jets, a bed-style dream bath, a seated bench jet, and a bubble jet for the feet. An outdoor foot bath is also open year-round for guests who want fresh air while they soak.
The jjimjilbang area has 13 themed sauna and heat rooms built around different materials and cultural traditions. The Finnish Sauna uses an imported stove for a dry heat session, while the Roman Room and Hamam Room recreate the steam bathing styles of ancient Rome and Turkey. Other rooms use natural materials such as loess clay, charcoal, and Himalayan rock salt, each associated with different traditional wellness properties like easing muscle tension or supporting circulation. The Pyramid Room and Ice Room round out the variety, giving guests both a striking visual space and a place to cool down between heat sessions.
Outside the bathing and sauna areas, SpaLand also has an entertainment zone with cafes, a restaurant, a Japanese-style relaxation lounge for quiet downtime, and aesthetic treatment services covering the face, body, and scalp. Guests must be at least 7 years old to enter.
Guests aged 7–12 must be accompanied by a paying adult of the same gender.
Guests with extensive tattoos covering the entire body, both arms and legs, or front and back torso may be restricted from entry.
Opening hours: 09:00 – 22:00 daily. Last entry is 1 hour before closing (21:00). Operating hours may vary seasonally or on public holidays.
Stay is limited to 4 hours from entry. An additional fee of 5,000 KRW per hour applies if you exceed this time. If you spend 10,000 KRW or more inside the facility (excluding the admission fee), your stay is automatically extended to 6 hours at no extra charge.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
