- The Lotte World ticket admission link & Gamsung Gyobok rental voucher will be sent via email to 「hanaitc_cs@」 2-3 days prior to the ticket usage date. So, Please make sure to check in advance as you need this email to enter Lotte World and use the School Uniform rental service!
- When entering Lotte World, please show the QR code on the admission link to the staff.
- As for Gamsung Gyobok rental, please inform the staff your name or present the Gamsung Gyobok rental voucher at the desk.

Please visit the Gamsung Gyobok rental shop on your reserved date. It is only available during business hours, and rental of uniforms is not possible after 8:30 PM, so please arrive early for a smooth experience. After renting your uniform, you can head to Lotte World. You can enter directly by showing the ticket URL to the staff at the entrance gate, without any ticket exchange procedure.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
