- Chinese and Japanese language assistance and basic English assistance are available. However, the therapist assigned to the treatment may not speak a foreign language.

- For head spa treatments, guests who have colored, bleached, or permed their hair within the past week may experience color transfer, hair damage, or reduced treatment effectiveness.
- Guests with severe scalp wounds, seborrheic dermatitis, or recent scalp procedures must inform the activity provider before booking.
- Pregnant guests must contact the activity provider in advance to confirm whether aroma oils can be used.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
