Pickup is available from all hotels and most condos. AirBnBs, BnBs, private residences, and locations east of Kahului may require a meeting point. Contact the local partner for pickup details after booking as pick up times can vary from 6:50 AM (the earliest) to 8:10 AM.
Have your cell phone on and with you so the driver can call if there are any issues.
Be ready for pickup on time — your driver cannot wait for longer than 10 minutes.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
