The activity is conducted in a group and includes guidance from the team before and during the experience. It is not necessary to know how to swim. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early and bringing sunscreen, a cap or hat, and a water bottle.
The meeting point is located on the beach at the Cruise Ship Terminal, in the Passagem neighborhood of Cabo Frio, on the stretch of sand in front of the Hotel Paradiso del Sol.

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
