IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• If you are traveling from Québec City or Charlevoix, we recommend you choose the Baie-Ste-Catherine departure instead of Tadoussac. The experience is identical, as the boat will pick up passengers from both locations.
• As the St-Laurent VIP Lounge and the Upper Deck are accessible by stairs, they are unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
• For the VIP Lounge experience, gourmet boxes are served at approximately 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Beverages are served upon arrival.
• Whale Guarantee: Our sighting rate is extremely high. However, as the marine park is a natural environment, sometimes the mammals can be more elusive. No worries! If no sightings are made, we'll offer you another whale watching tour (standard tour only).
Before boarding, you must first collect your physical tickets from the ticket booth located right next to the meeting point. You will not be able to park there for the duration of the tour, but there is a paid public parking just up the road. Feel free to ask the customer service agent when you collect your tickets, and they will direct you.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
