IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Park opens Wednesday - Monday, 10:00-18:00
• The park is closed every Tuesday, except during public holidays, school holidays, and special dates.
• All visitors must enter through the SkyAvenue Gateway.
• Ticket categories are based on height: adult (111cm and above), child (90-110cm), and free entry (89cm and below).
• Children aged 0-17 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Re-entry is available by linking your ticket to the Genting SkyWorlds App.
Entry to the park is available via the SkyAvenue Gateway, located at Level G, SkyAvenue. Scan the QR code on your ticket at the turnstile.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
