Description
Embark on a women-only hiking adventure on the Laugavegur trail from Reykjavik. Hike through Iceland’s Highlands, sleep in tents, and enjoy meals with fellow female travelers.
Begin your journey with a scenic drive from Reykjavik to Landmannalaugar. Hike through the Laugahraun lava field, past the Brennisteinsalda volcano, and up the Bláhnjúkur mountain. Spend the night at the Landmannalaugar Campsite, enjoying a meal and refreshments.
On day two, hike through the Hrafntinnusker obsidian desert, the Reykjafjöll rhyolite mountains, and the Jökultungur summit. Take in views of Álftavatn lake and the Fjallabak Nature Reserve. Spend the night at the Áfltavatn Campsite, enjoying a meal and refreshments.
On day three, hike through the Mælifellssandur desert, taking in views of the Eyjafjallajökull and Mýrdalsjökull glaciers and the Markarfljótsgljúfur canyon. Spend the night at the Emstrur Campsite, enjoying a meal and refreshments.
On the final day, hike past Mount Einhyrningur, taking in views of Icelandic glaciers and the Thorsmork valley. Return to Reykjavik by bus.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
