To book, simply select the duration of your rental, from 2 to 14 days. Provide a delivery and return address, as well as a phone number separated with country code, for example (XX) - (XXXXXX).

• The Pocket Wi-Fi device's battery lasts up to 5 hours. It is recommended to procure a power bank for your travel to extend mobile usage
• All deliveries from the local partner's Berlin office usually arrive within 1 day in EU countries
• Orders received after 5:00 PM (GMT+2) will be shipped on the following business day
• After booking, you will receive a link to provide your credit card details. Your credit card will only be charged if the device is damaged or not returned. If you fail to provide your credit card details, the booking will be canceled

Provide the address of your hotel for delivery. If providing a private address, someone must be present to receive the package. If not, you will be directed to the nearest DHL Pickup Point.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
