Guiding languages
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Children aged 2-5 will be provided with a child seat/trailer.
Youth aged 6-11 will sit in a Christiania bike (cargo trailer) ridden by the parent.
Age 12+ will be provided with their own bike. Minimum height is 155cm. If you are below this please contact us prior to booking as we have a few smaller bikes subject to availability.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts for check-in and instructions. It is important you are on time as we cannot accommodate late-comers
Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
We are located at the Langelinie Pier next to the Segway Cruise shop. Go past the other shops and we are the first store on the ground floor level after the stairs by the arch.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
