If you are arriving by taxi, kindly instruct the driver to drop you off at the Intercontinental Hotel Dubai Festival City. You may then enter the hotel lobby and proceed to the backside of the building where the boarding point is located.
If you will be driving, we recommend parking your vehicle at the North Parking of the Dubai Festival City mall, and walking towards the Dubai Festival City Waterfront Promenade. The cruise will be located behind the Intercontinental Hotel DFC, which can be accessed through the waterfront promenade.
For those who will be using the metro, you may exit at the Creek Metro Station (the last station on the Green Line) and walk towards the Jaddaf Marine Station. From there, you may take an abra to the Dubai Festival City mall. The boarding point for the cruise is located beside the Marine Station at Dubai Festival City Mall.
Please note that once your booking has been confirmed, the vouchers will not be amended or cancelled on the same day of the tour.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
