Depart from Kampot and visit a large salt-producing facility located on the outskirts of the city. Learn about its economic importance to the area and the various steps of the process.
Next, visit Phnom Chhngok, a wonderful cave temple with 203 steps to its entrance. Inside the cave's main chamber stands a remarkable 7th-century (Funan-era) brick temple, dedicated to Shiva. Admire the wonderful views from the cave entrance.
