While the pretzels bake, prepare obazda together, a Bavarian cheese spread made with camembert, butter, and spices, traditionally eaten with fresh pretzels and radishes. To finish, make kaiserschmarrn, a fluffy shredded pancake, torn apart and caramelized in the pan.
