• Customers who book a ticket with a travel date in 2020 can redeem their voucher at any point up until December 31, 2020; for tickets booked with a travel date of October 1 or later, the normal, three-month ticket validity will apply
• May 4 - September 29: Tour departs every 10-20 minutes, 9:30 AM-7:00 PM, from Ved Stranden stop. Duration: 90 minutes
• September 30 - May 1: Tour departs every 30 minutes, Monday - Thursday - 10:00 AM- 3:30 PM, Friday - Sunday - 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM, from Ved Stranden stop. Duration: 90 minutes
• Mobile and paper vouchers are accepted for this tour
• Vouchers can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route
• Customers who book a ticket with a date in 2020 can redeem their voucher at any point until 31st December 2020; for tickets booked with a date of 1st October onwards, a normal 3-month ticket validity will apply

Passengers can join and end the tour at any of the allocated tour stops along the route.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
