Description

Some mezcals are produced in small palenques, where knowledge is passed down from generation to generation and where each producer has a unique way of understanding agave, fire, and the land.
There are mezcals that we know by their labels and that have traveled around the world.
But there are also others that stay much closer to their origin.
Mezcals that are produced in small palenques, where knowledge is passed down from generation to generation and where each producer has a unique way of understanding agave, fire, time, and the land.
This experience was created to bring us closer to those stories.
For ten years, our curator has explored the world of mezcal, meeting producers, tasting different expressions, and building relationships that today allow us to share a selection that goes far beyond brands.
Here, you won't just discover ten mezcales.
You'll learn about the agaves that made them possible, the regions where they originated, and the people behind them.
You'll see their faces.
You'll hear their stories.
You'll get to know their palenques.
And you'll find out why each mezcal made it to this table.
Because there's much more than just a drink behind every glass.
There's time.
There's work.
There's knowledge.
There's family.
There's a territory.
There is memory.
And, above all, there's a story.
This is an invitation to experience Oaxaca in a different way.
Our space is in downtown Oaxaca. We'll welcome you with a drink made with 100% Oaxacan coffee. Then, we'll have an introduction of all the guests and the curator. After that, we'll share the stories, palenques (mezcal distilleries), and mezcals that will help you understand the agaves, palenques, and processes in Oaxaca.
You'll leave as a mezcal expert because our curator is an expert in mezcal production, as well as a guide certified by NOM 08. Most importantly, he's friends with each producer, with a story that will help you understand every sip.
We'll wrap up with a surprise gift that our guests love at the end of the experience.
