The tour begins just 2 minutes away from the historic location of "Platz des 9. November 1989" on Bornholmer Straße, a former border crossing before the fall of the Berlin Wall. This square is one of the most important in German and Cold War history and signifies how the world changed overnight following the fall of the wall.
