Pregnant individuals, those under the influence of alcohol, individuals with epilepsy, cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, or a history of tuberculosis, pneumonia, or spontaneous pneumothorax cannot participate for safety reasons.
Alcohol Policy: Participation is not allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol or experiencing a hangover.
Photography services will be provided by staff members at random, so we may not be able to photograph everyone. (For safety management, there may be situations where photography is not possible.)
For safety reasons, our company strictly prohibits free diving ("snorkeling without equipment"). When entering the sea, please be sure to wear a life jacket.
Marine Conditions: Tours may be altered or canceled due to marine conditions. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
Please wear your swimwear underneath your clothes and gather at the meeting point accordingly.

If arriving by car, it’s convenient to register "Naha Beachside Hotel" in your GPS. When you see "Naha Beachside Hotel" on your right, continue straight along the road to reach the parking lot.
※For customers arriving by rental car to the meeting location, a parking fee of 500 yen per vehicle (all day) will be charged at the Mie Castle Port parking lot.
※Please wear your swimwear underneath your clothes and gather at the meeting point accordingly.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
