Due to seasonal sunset changes the tour start time may vary by up to ±1 hour from your selected booking time. The exact start time will be confirmed 1 day in advance.
What to Provide: Passport copy, nationality, hotel name, address, and room number
Pickup Confirmation: Will be sent at 10:00 PM the night before via email/WhatsApp
Pickup Day: Look for white/black bus with GoShalabi logo. Wait at your hotel's main entrance by the road (not reception). Be ready on time - 5-minute wait only.
Pickup Windows: Hurghada hotels: ±60 minutes. Extended areas (Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, Soma Bay, Safaga): ±90 minutes
Extended Areas: Didn't book long-distance pickup? Pay at the harbor. No cancellations after 6:00 PM the day before.
Important: You're responsible for personal belongings. Company not liable for lost/damaged items.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
