An exciting adventure on Isabela Island with Enchanted Islands, exploring the Mango Viewpoint and the sulfur mines of the Sierra Negra Volcano.
We will start with pick-up at your hotel at 7.30 AM. Our first site to visit will be EL MIRADOR DEL MANGO. It bears the name of mango due to the presence of several trees of this fruit species.
On the way from Puerto Villamil to the Mirador del Mango you will pass through an area of arid vegetation and transition zone. The attraction of the site is the landscape and the typical vegetation with several species of birds. This place was an old gravel mine that was used for the construction of Isabela's highways and roads.
Our next destination is MINAS DE AZUFRE, one of our absolute favorites! It will offer you a lot of action and you will discover the adrenaline of hiking on a still active volcano: Sierra Negra.
