Begin your adventure with a transfer from Quito to Machachi city, located south of Quito, following the Pan-American Highway. Arrive and start your hike through the Paso del Inca, believed to have been General Rumiñahui's last hiding place.
Trek through the Rumiñahui volcano, at 4,721 meters above sea level, and take in the stunning views. The hike up is of medium difficulty. Once there, you'll see two walls rising mysteriously next to a staircase that leads nowhere. It's a very scenic and peaceful spot. We'll have some time to share legends and stories about this place.
After your hike, return to Quito, where your adventure ends.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
