• You will receive your redemption voucher 24 hours before your booking date, which must be presented when you pick up your SIM
• Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for SIM Card redemption
• This product is exclusively available to tourists visiting the UAE and not to UAE citizens or residents
• According to UAE Telecom Regulation, only one SIM Card can be issued per passport
• The passport holder must be at least 18 years old and present at the moment of SIM activation
• All bookings for UAE SIM cards are accepted on behalf of KMTH Trading LLC (a TDRA approved SIM distributor) and all SIM activations are done within the UAE
Collect your SIM Card from Dubai International Airport Terminal 1 or 3. Look for the kitmytrip shop located in the arrivals area right after you exit customs.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
