From your arrival at the Costa Maya port you will have the best experience of your life, you will be able to get to know our small but beautiful town of Mahahual, which comes to life when the cruise ships dock at our Costa Maya Port. When you arrive at our office, we will welcome you and hold your reception where we will offer you complimentary drinks such as (water (unlimited), soda, beer or a shot of tequila) while you enjoy your drink, your driver and your guide will be preparing your transportation to start your excursion. From there you will undertake a 50 to 55 minute journey to reach your first stop, where you will have the opportunity to visit and walk through one of the largest cities of the Mayan Culture, the Chacchoben Archaeological Zone, it is one of the most visited cities by tourists worldwide, since it is full of history, culture, traditions and learning. After you finish your tour of the surprising city of Chacchoben, the driver will take you to our beautiful and unique Seven Colors Lagoon, where you can enjoy its facilities for a maximum of two hours, swim and one meal per person and two drinks (without alcohol or with Alcohol).

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
