The first major stop is usually a local winery, where you will learn about Georgia’s 8,000-year-old winemaking history. Here, you will see traditional Qvevri wine-making techniques and have the opportunity to taste different varieties of Georgian wine, including both red and white selections.

Next, you will continue to Sighnaghi, often called the “City of Love.” This beautiful hilltop town is surrounded by defensive walls and offers panoramic views of the Alazani Valley and the Caucasus Mountains.
