Tasting led by the sommelier Ana Morales, a specialist in wines from La Mancha, 3 local wines, high quality vintages, 1 white and 2 reds, relying on the tasting technique, we will discuss grape varieties, different elaborations, play of aromas, we will bring out the different aromas relying on natural aromas to compare and guide, making it easier to find them in the wines, different senses, we will observe how each wine expresses itself in a different way in our records, showing a clear example of the differences between them. Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tasting: We'll analyze the characteristics, aromas, and flavor of a well-known Spanish variety in its official tasting glass. We'll finish off with typical Manchegan tapas, cheeses, pâté, and venison chorizo from the Toledo mountains. Besides enjoying the tasting, you'll learn the dynamics of tasting so you can analyze any wine, making it a delicious and educational experience.
