Our Chef will take you to visit the La Boqueria market for ingredients. Then back to our kitchen for freshly made tapas, refreshing Spanish Sangria, followed by interactive paella class.
An enjoyable and one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn about and participate in some of Spain's most cherished cultural traditions while enjoying the food and drink like tapas, paella and sangria!

First, your chef will take you to La Boqueria Market it is the largest and oldest market in Catalonia, he will assist in selecting the best most falvourful items from there. You will then make your way out of the building via the rear exit, away from the bustle of La Rambla. Your Chef will guide you through the backstreets of Barcelona, pointing out some stops along the way. When you get to newly renovated kitchen and lounge or was we call it, The Gab Lab, you may kick back and relax with a drink of Sangria and some delicious seasonal Tapas. After that, it's time to roll up your sleeves for an interactive Paella Cooking class. He will show you all the techniques so you can learn to make this dish at home.

If you are just beginning in the kitchen or even if you are a seasoned chef, everyone will find something to enjoy!
