On our wine tour, we will visit two traditional wineries to taste the different wines due to their wonderfull location (San Mateo valley, the wine valley) and other spots (other winery and beach)
The cultivation and production of wine in Ibiza dates to the 7th century BC, to the Carthaginians who settled on the island. After a long family tradition of exclusively producing wine at home, the production of quality wines with designation of origin began. Today, the island has nationally and internationally recognised wineries.
During the tour, the guide will be explaining the history and culture of Ibiza.
We also will visit one of the tipical village and a fortified churche, to feel Ibiza in all his tradition.
