Description

Natural pools, sculpted rocks and magnetic energy at the foot of Ibiza's cliffs. We get there by jet ski, and the experience ends facing the rock of Es Vedrà, in the light of the sunset.
It appears on no map. Its name leads nowhere official. To find it, you need to know — or meet someone who does.

The experience starts in the late afternoon — and that's intentional. Atlantis is best lived at this hour, when the heat of midday fades, the light begins to shift, and the handful of daytime visitors make their way back to their cars. The place empties. The atmosphere changes. That's exactly why we leave at this moment — by jet ski.

We leave the beach, ride along the cliffs of southwest Ibiza, and Atlantis reveals itself from the sea before we even set foot on it. This is the only way to approach it as it deserves: from the water, fast, with the rock of Es Vedrà growing on the horizon as we get closer. An arrival that immediately gives you a sense of what this place is.

Once ashore, the landscape takes your breath away. Rock formations of impossible geometry: perfect staircases, flat platforms, and above all these natural pools — basins carved into the rock itself, where the sea flows in and turns an unreal emerald color against the ochre stone. The water is translucent, sheltered, almost still in places. You slip in and understand why people stay for hours without moving. A setting that feels designed — neither entirely natural, nor entirely human. Somewhere in between.

This is why the first hippies who arrived here in the 1960s believed they had found the remains of a sunken city. They named the place Atlantis, felt a powerful spiritual energy, and carved what they felt into the rock: buddhas, fish, spirals, symbols of peace. Those marks are still there.

Time stretches between the pools, the silence, and that indefinable atmosphere that most people who come here eventually stop trying to explain. You float in turquoise water set into the rock, watch Es Vedrà, and let the light do its work.

The ride back is by jet ski, as the sun begins to drop. We cut the engine facing Es Vedrà and watch. The islet is known for its magnetic anomalies, its legends, the particular energy it radiates. Watching the sunset in its axis, from the water, engine off — it's the kind of moment that closes an experience without needing anything added.

**Please avoid booking the day before for the following day, as we first need to check our guides’ availability on the island.**
