-Children 3+ years old are allowed on the tours, each child age 3-17 must be accompanied by an adult
-Children 6 and under are required by law to wear a life jacket at all times while on the water
-We require children 30 pounds or under to bring their own life jacket as the size is very specific and safety is of utmost importance
-Tours are made for any skill level to participate
-Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed
-Weight limit is no more than 250 pounds per person and no more than 425 pounds per 2 people that are in the same kayak - all of our kayaks are double kayaks

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
