Start your day with a pickup from your hotel in Tallinn and drive to the park. Arrive in Joaveski village and begin your hike. Admire the ruins of a historical sawmill and a hydroelectric power plant still running today.
Hike through the thick forests of Lahemaa National Park and pass some quaint farmhouses surrounded by powerful woods. Continue your way to the next waterfall.
Reach the Nõmmeveski waterfall, which has the highest flow rate of all the waterfalls in Lahemaa. The powerful Nõmmeveski is 1.2 meters high and 17 meters wide. See the ruins of an old hydroelectric power plant and fill up your bottles with clean spring water.
Continue hiking in the woods, enjoying the surroundings as you walk on the edge of a peaceful canyon. Make photo stops along the way, admire the wildlife, and listen to the birds.
Reach the Vasaristi waterfall, a cute, petite, yet beautiful waterfall frequently left unnoticed. Close by, the stream disappears into natural sinkholes and flows underground for about 200 meters.
