Spend the evening learning sushi in a fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Tony in the heart of the Dallas Design District.
You’ll kick things off by mastering the foundation of great sushi: properly seasoned sushi rice. From there, Chef Tony will walk you through simple knife skills and prep techniques that make the process feel smooth and approachable. Once your ingredients are ready, it’s time to roll.
You’ll create California-style hand rolls filled with sushi rice, nori, imitation crab or cooked shrimp, avocado, cucumber and sesame seeds. You’ll also prepare colorful veggie rolls using fresh vegetables, avocado, cucumber and a touch of cream cheese for a creamy finish.
