Guest can expect to see and experience the splendor of the inside passage an its amazing ecosystem.
Whale watching tour : variety of sea and land mammals. Fishing tours: will experience what the fishing can be like in Alaska. All activities will begin and end at Icy Strait Point. The guest will be picked up at the Excursion hub and returned to the drop off area. Pick up times will be 30 minutes after the ship arrives in port.. then we will load up in the van and drive to the town of Hoonah ,which is only a mile away. This is where we will get on the boat to begin the tour. We will return to the harbor and return guest to the point or if they wish they can stay in town to explore the area. Guest can catch shuttles back to Icy Strait Point.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All guest will be picked up at the Excursion hub. Those who dock at the Wilderness dock will take green gondola to the adventure center area once off they should turn left and follow the Excursion hub signs to the pick up area. All guest docked at the Adventure dock will proceed up the ramp and enter the Adventure center.They will exit door number 2 at the end of the building. Once outside the guest will see the Excursion hub sign. They will follow signs to pick up area
INCLUDED
- Tours will take place on a 32ft North RIver offshore power boat. THe boat is equipped with a heated cabin ,bathroom and seating for 6 guest. THe boat has twin 250hp motors and 25 hp kicker motor. On fishing tours all require gea is porovided. If fishing guest must purchase a $15 day license.
NOT INCLUDED
- Rain gear is not provided. Also no food or beverages other than water.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
