Arrival Time: You MUST arrive 30 min before your tour time for your safety briefing & gear check. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, you forfeit your tour & will be ineligible for any refund.
Riding Options: Choose to ride solo or tandem on your snowmachine.
Driver Requirements: Riders must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license to operate a snowmachine alone.
Child Policy: Children under 6 are not permitted. Ages 7+ must reach the running boards to ride safely; otherwise, they cannot participate.
Transportation: No shuttle service provided. Please contact the tour operator for detailed directions.
Clothing: Warm, winter-appropriate gear is required. We recommend Alaska Element for quality cold-weather rentals or purchases.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
