The tour lasts about 90 minutes if you do not get off the trolley
Tours depart daily from the Alamo Plaza every 30 minutes from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Tours depart at various times, approximately every 30 minutes, from the other stops
Board at any stop by showing your GetYourGuide barcoded ticket
Hop-on hop-off tickets are valid until the end of the business day on the day(s) of use
There are no tours on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis
Children under 3 are free if they sit on a lap
For wheelchair accessibility assistance, you will need to contact the activity provider at least 24 hours in advance to give notice
Start the hop-on-hop-off tour at Alamo Plaza or any of the stops along the route. Show your voucher to the driver when you get on the trolley. If you get on where there is no ticket depot, the conductor will give you a map and schedule.
Tours depart from boarding locations approximately every half hour.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
