Experience a half-day of introductory E-mountain biking on one of Moab's famous trails.
Enjoy a mountain biking experience suitable for adults and families who are new to E-mountain bike trail riding. See outstanding views of red rock formations, and get tips on mountain biking techniques from your expert instructors.
Meet your guides in Moab and hop in the shuttle or follow in your own vehicle to the trailhead outside town. Get fitted to your bike and enjoy an introduction to the bikes and basic E-mountain bike skills with time to practice at the trailhead.
Then, experience an invigorating half-day ride of about 11 miles.
This is a classic Moab mountain bike trail ride! You'll gain an elevation of approximately 700 feet as you “get your pedal on” toward the boundary of Arches National Park. Keep your eyes open for the dinosaur tracks embedded in sandstone along the way.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Guests must be able to ride a bike, use hand brakes, and shift gears
It is recommend that you bring additional water in a small pack or a hydration pack
• We meet at the Chile Pepper Bike Shop in the parking lot
• There is no need to check-in at the bike shop: the guides will arrive with a van and your bikes and transport you to the trailhead
• Meeting times vary by the month but are all between 7:10 AM and 10:10 AM.
• Guests also have the option to drive themselves to the trailhead and can follow the van from the meeting spot to the trails.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
