Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time.
For the best directions, please enter our address into your GPS: 2001 E Southport Rd, Kissimmee, Florida (searching our name may not always bring you to the right spot). When You Arrive, your Captain may be out on the water with another tour. No worries, here’s what to do:
Walk along the restaurant sidewalk (to the left of the building) and check in at the ticket booth.
Head through the park gate.
While you wait, you’re welcome to visit the alligator pond or relax at the dock picnic area.
Your Captain will personally announce when it’s time to board your airboat!
Bringing comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and sunglasses will help you enjoy the ride. It feels about 10° cooler on the water, so we suggest bringing a light layer during cooler weather.
Please check in around the back of Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures restaurant. Your captain may be on a tour, so please wait in the pavilion area behind the restaurant for your captain to arrive.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
