Day 1: Addis - Ertale
In the early morning, catch flight ET 110. Then, at 8:00 AM, be picked up from Semera Airport and drive to the Erta Ale Base Camp. On the way, take a lunch break in the town of Lake Afdera. Upon arrival at Erta Ale, camp overnight near the volcano.
Day 2: Dallol - Addis
At 6 AM, drive to Hamedela village, arriving at 10 AM. Continue to the Lake Asale salt flats, visit Dallol, camel caravans, learn about traditional salt excavation methods, and swim in the Salt Lake. Finally, drive back to Mekele to catch flight ET 261, arriving in Addis at 6:15 PM.
