Hotel pickup or drop-off is available only within Cebu City, Mactan Island and Lapu-lapu area only.
We will pick you up at your hotel lobby between 3:00–3:30 AM. We’ll email your driver and pickup details the day before your tour.
Estimated return back to hotel around 1:00 - 2:00 PM.
Bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, and comfortable slippers/shoes for water activities.
Please be informed that due to this peak season, there is an average waiting time for the whale shark swimming for 2-3 hours.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
