Proceed at the market square to the Keisarinluodonlaituri-pier next to HSL (the public Suomenlinna ferry). Watch out for red FRS flags and the red ticket booth. Proceed straight to the line for "Sightseeing" and present your ticket to the staff at the pier and/or the boat.
