The reindeer sleigh ride is a seasonal part of the experience and takes place when snow, weather, and safety conditions allow.
If conditions do not allow the sleigh ride, the experience will focus on the reindeer farm visit, including meeting and feeding the reindeer, learning about their life and reindeer herding, taking photos, and enjoying the activities available at the farm.
The symbolic reindeer driving license is provided when the sleigh ride takes place. It is a commemorative certificate and not an official license.
Thermal overalls and winter boots are provided during the activity. Participants should also wear suitable warm layers, socks, gloves, and a hat.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
