During December, it is possible to skip the line and book a private meeting with Santa Claus in his office at Santa Claus Village!
Please choose a time and date that is best for you. Simply arrive 5 minutes before your time slot, so as soon as it's your time, you are ready to enter.
Once you enter Santa's enchanting office, you will have approximately 10 minutes to sit and chat with him, telling him how your year has been and what your wishes are for Christmas. He will be happy to listen to your tales and tell you all about the work he has been doing to get ready for the big day!
Santa's friendly elf will take a photo for you, which can be collected from the Christmas House Shop after your visit. One A5 photo per family is included in this booking. You can also purchase additional photo options if you wish.
Please note that this meeting takes place in a private meeting location, not at the Christmas House Santa Office - it is a very short walk from the Christmas House Santa Office.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
