What will be done during these days?
Yoga, trekking, canyoning, nature excursions, coaching training, via ferrata, adventure park with Tyrolean ropes, induction into the gorges from pain to dreams and above all, time for you, to listen to yourself and breathe clean air.
You will stay surrounded by nature, you will meet new people who, like you, have decided to dedicate time to finding their own voice.
You will laugh, you will cry, you will overcome your fears and you will always be followed by tutors. Everything will be easy and natural and in the end you will release your inner energy.

Is requested a base of 2 hours walking for week minimum
The Coaches will wait you inside our office beside Galeria Idraulica, acrossing the Bridge and then right.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
