1H30 introductory pole dance class, for everyone! No prerequisites, suitable for all ages.
We start with a short warm-up, followed by the discovery of a dozen figures on the static bar and spinning, then a mini-chorea for all levels.
You'll have a moment to take photos or film yourself (optional), and access to the kitchen area and canapés (tea, coffee, soft drinks, filtered water) throughout the session.
You can ask the teacher for a short demo at the end.

The skin must be uncovered in certain places to grip the bar (particularly the legs and armpits). Please bring suitable sportswear, i.e. short soft shorts and a bra/docker.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
