Domaine Schneider was founded in 1958 in Gertwiller. The farm is made up of more than 10 hectares of vines, located on the outskirts of 6 municipalities.

At Domaine Schneider, we cultivate the vines in an eco-responsible way: regular monitoring and observations, soil analysis, and weather studies to adapt viticultural practices to the conditions of the environment with the greatest respect for the precious terroir. Our production has been certified in organic farming since April 2021.

Alsace, small in size but big in the treasures it abounds with, is home to 7 grape varieties in the heart of its vineyard: Sylvaner, Muscat, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Gewurztraminer.

David is a passionate and innovative winemaker who's part of today's winemaking tradition. He creates wines in his own image, fine and subtle, balanced, whose multiple flavors are revealed sip after sip, a blend of tradition and modernity.

Marie-Joëlle, his mom, warmly welcomes you to the cellar for a guided tour of the estate before letting you taste a selection of our wines accompanied by the famous winemaker's snack, a generous assortment of cold cuts and cheeses sourced from nearby farms. A great time is guaranteed, to share with family or friends!

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
