In the heart of the vineyards, you will discover this exceptional plantation of 700 Cinsault vines forming a perfect spiral. The winemakers will explain the history of this plot, the peculiarities of the volcanic terroir, and the cultivation choices that give rise to wines of great finesse.
The tour continues in the cellar, where you will learn about the different stages of winemaking and the ageing of the Spirale cuvée in sandstone jars.
The experience ends with a commented food tasting of several wines from the estate, including the Spirale cuvée, accompanied by a few local specialties to share.
